1. Generally, a doctoral degree is required. 

2. There is no limit on nationality. The age should generally not exceed 65 years old (those born after January 1, 1961 are eligible). Exceptional cases may be considered. 

3. Professional and management talents who have held positions of full professor or above in renowned universities or research institutions worldwide, or who have held senior positions in global leading enterprises or financial institutions in the past two years. 

4. Not working full-time in China, or the duration of working in China does not exceed two years.

5. After being selected, work in China full-time for more than 3 months.

1. The applicant must hold a doctoral degree from an overseas institution.

2. There is no restriction on nationality. The applicant's age should not exceed 40 years old (born after January 1, 1986).

3. The applicant should hold a doctoral degree in a scarce and urgently needed field such as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), and hold a formal teaching or research position at a world-renowned university or research institution, or at the overseas headquarters or important branch of a global renowned enterprise (including postdoctoral positions).

4. When being recruited, the applicant should not be working full-time in China, or the duration of work in China should not exceed 2 years. The applicant should have worked abroad for at least 3 years after obtaining the doctoral degree. Outstanding candidates may be granted an additional year of exemption.

5. After being selected, the applicant must work full-time in China for more than 3 months.

3. Professional and management talents who have held positions of full professor or above in renowned universities or research institutions worldwide, or who have held senior positions in global leading enterprises or financial institutions in the past two years.

4. After being selected, they must work in China full-time for more than 3 months.

The applicant should be an internationally renowned expert in the fields of natural science or engineering. After being introduced, they must work full-time in China for more than 5 years and meet one of the following conditions:

1. Recipients of international awards such as the Nobel Prize, Turing Prize, or Fields Medal.

2. Members of academies of sciences or engineering in developed countries like the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia.

3. International renowned scholars holding positions at world-class universities or research institutions.

4. Other top talents urgently needed by the country.
